Sugar beet farming display
We will give you a tour of sugar beet farming in what is today the Czech Republic, starting from 200 years ago. You will see the natural conditions necessary for beet growing, seed samples, models of beetroot, harvesting methods, breeding methods, and the scale of worldwide sugar-beet seed production. We will offer you a bit of the exotic with a display about sugar-cane growing regions, and you will even be able to look at a living sugar cane plant.
